About Dion
Born and raised on Vancouver Island, I began my career about 15 years ago in the Civil Engineering field where as a Technologist I worked predominately in the Land Development area. From that, I became an active Real Estate Investor where I developed raw land, built spec and custom homes, consulted for land developers on various construction projects. The experience I have as an entrepreneur, active Real Estate Investor, and my passion to assist others in achieving their goals makes me a valuable asset for you whether you're purchasing your first home or you're an experienced Real Estate Investor.
